Philippines payment channel
For ChatGPT recharge products explicitly using this channel on the product page.
ChatGPT account recharges require the complete AuthSession JSON. This is a login credential. Submit it only in the designated form; do not send it to support.
After buying an account recharge, submit details and track progress in your order. Once complete, confirm the subscription in your ChatGPT account.
Current Plus card recharges only support individual accounts without an active subscription. Pro products have separate activation and renewal requirements for each option.
iOS subscription channel
For products labeled as using the iOS channel. Current account recharge services do not require an Apple device.
ChatGPT account recharges require AuthSession JSON. Claude account recharges require a sessionKey or account UUID. Check the product guide for any additional information required for code products.
For account recharge, submit information in the order. For code products, collect the code from the order and redeem it following the product guide.
Current Plus iOS recharges replace the remaining Plus time; Claude account recharges require your existing membership to expire first. Read account requirements for other options.
Store redemption code
For products that deliver a store code after payment. Account recharge products do not need this step.
Enter your store redemption code first, then fill in the account details listed on the page. Submit AuthSession or sessionKey only in the designated form; passwords and verification codes are not required.
Collect your code from the order, enter it in the redemption center and submit the required information. Track recharge progress there.
Receiving a code does not mean recharge is complete. Confirm the target account and plan before redeeming, and avoid submitting details for the wrong account.
