What should I check before ordering?
Check that you can sign in, then review account eligibility, renewal rules and coverage. An existing subscription’s remaining time may be replaced.
Are prices and stock fixed?
Prices are in CNY and may change. Check the selected option, quantity, fees and total before paying.
What happens after payment?
Submit recharge details or collect digital content in your order. Use store redemption codes in the redemption center, then check activation in your AI account.
Where do I track my order?
Delivery and recharge status appear in your order. Track code redemptions on the task page shown after submission. Keep query passwords, codes and account credentials private.
Will I be charged automatically again?
