Find ChatGPT in the subscription store and open Plus or the available plan you need to see the current price. Then sign in to the account you want to recharge and check its plan and expiry date to establish whether this is activation or renewal.
Search results and old screenshots may show outdated prices. Review current plan prices together with activation terms when choosing a product.
iOS and card recharge are different product options and may have different account requirements. Choose an option, then check its current price and activation or renewal conditions before paying.

Review activation steps, then choose a payment method
The product page explains activation: account recharge orders ask for information after payment; code products first deliver a store code for use in the redemption center. Required information and steps may differ. Follow the instructions for the product you purchased.

Where should information be submitted, and what should not be sent to support?
Submit activation information only through the designated product or order page. Support does not need your account password. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment verification codes or complete session data in chats or screenshots.
ChatGPT account recharge requires the complete AuthSession JSON requested by the form. It is a login credential. Submit it only through your order or the redemption form; an email address alone is insufficient. Do not send the JSON to support or include it in public screenshots.

Return to order details after paying. Account recharge orders link to the information form, where you can submit your details and track the recharge task.
When ordering as a guest, enter your contact details, set a separate 8–72 character lookup password and save your order number. Use Guest order lookup with that number and password to track progress. Signed-in customers can open My orders.
For store code products, collect the code from your order and submit information in the redemption center. Receiving a code does not complete redemption. Do not resubmit the same task; check results as directed in the order.

How can you confirm activation, and what if it has not arrived?
After order processing completes, sign in to the recharged ChatGPT account and check that the subscription is active. If it has not arrived or expires early, request support from the order. Support will review the product terms and order to handle activation, refunds or compensation.
